My love of baking began with an Easy-Bake Oven and a curiosity that quickly grew into a lifelong passion for creating memorable desserts. Those days mark the beginning of my baking journey.
Baking is a science perfected over years of experimentation and testing. What started as childhood experimentation in the kitchen evolved into mentored guidance from a James Beard Award-winning baker, where I refined both classic techniques and modern pastry craftsmanship. My artistic flair and bold flavor combinations are a direct reflection of what I've learned studying aboard & during my international travels. This bakery is an extension of my love of baking.
